The Knights faired well in a highly competitive field of 184 runners hosted by West Noble. Despite the 17th place team finish, the running Knights continue to show gains mentally and physically by lining up against high caliber competition.

Braden Sweet continues to lead the team across the finish. Finishing 6th overall, Braden covered the physically challenging course in a time of 16:14. Running as a pack throughout the entirety of the race, Casey Boardman, Jacob Marlow, and Cayden Prickett broke apart heading into the finish with Casey finishing in 105th with a PR of 19:10, followed by Jacob in 107th with a time of 19:11; and Cayden in 116th with a time of 19:25. Landon Mitchell rounded out scoring for the Knights. Also competing for the Knights was Skylar Amos running a season best time of 22:19 and Dean Elzy running a PR of 22:40.

The Knights travel to Huntington University next Saturday to compete in the New Haven Invitational.
