The 7th Grade Boys team finished their season on Saturday by claiming the Running Rivers Conference Championship by scoring 96 team points to edge out Rochester and Northfield.
1st Place finishers and medalists:
Isaiah Sutton (100 m Dash- 12.94, High Jump- 4’10”, Long Jump- 14′ 10″)

2nd Place:
Kaden Rody (200 m Dash- 28.38, Shot Put- 33′ 11.5″, Discus- 110′ 6″)
Jason Oprisek (200 m Hurdles- 33.06)
4×100 Relay (Boone, Rody, Oprisek, Sutton- 54.79)

3rd Place:
Randy Boone (400 m Dash- 1:03)

4th Place:
Oprisek (110 m HH- 19.96)
Boone (Shot Put- 30′ 5″)
4×400 Relay (Boardman, Worthington, McGouldrick, Boone- 4:44)

6th Place:
Oprisek (Discus- 85′ 7″)

7th Place:
Micah Smith (100 m Dash- 14.68)

The 8th Grade Boys team competed at the RRC Championship on Saturday as well. They scored 19 points to finish in a tie for 8th with North Miami. Tippecanoe Valley won with 125 points, followed by Manchester- 110, Rochester- 72, Whitko- 59.5, Peru- 41, Wabash- 30.5, Maconaquah- 25, Southwood and North Miami- 19, Northfield-2.
3rd Place:

5th Place:
Marlow (800 m Run- 2:30)
4×100 Relay (D. Smith, Marlow, B. Smith, Amos- 53.37)

6th Place:
4×400 Relay (Marlow, Wyatt, B. Smith, Amos- 4:34)

7th Place:
Bryce Wyatt (800 m Run- 2:35)

The 7th Grade team finished 24-2 on the season while the 8th Grade team finished 6-19-1.
