The Knights fell in their season finale to Bluffton on Friday. Southwood got out to a familiar slow start, being held scoreless until midway through the second quarter. The Knight defense rallied late in the half to keep the game manageable. Southwood was able to find more offensive rhythm in the second half, cutting and driving, but still struggled to put the ball in the basket. The Knights stayed aggressive in the final frame, shooting 11 free throws that quarter. However only hitting 3 of those, along with missing a few point blank layups never allowed them to get it to a two possession game.
The C team finishes the season 4-12.
