The Lady Knight Linksters traveled to the Round Barn Golf Course at Mill Creek to take on Tippecanoe Valley and Huntington North. C Team Falls to Whitko

The Southwood Football C-Team came up on the short side of a 22-16 loss to visiting Whitko.  The “C” team spotted the Wildcats a 22 – 0 halftime lead before battling back in the second half.  Carson Blair ran for a 15 yd touchdown and also threw a 35 yard TD pass to Peyton Trexler.

Lady Linksters Close Home Season on High Note

The Southwood Lady Linksters fired a home course record 177 in their wins over Peru, Western, and Eastern. Dayna Dale led the Knights with a solid 40. Seniors Abby Houlihan and Paige Dempsey each fired a 46 on Senior Night. Danielle Pegg shot 45 and Danielle Sparling shot 46 to round out the scoring on


The SEVENTH & EIGHTH GRADE VOLLEYBALL TEAMS traveled to Maconaquah to open the 2014 season.  The Seventh graders opened the season with a 25-18, 25-8 win over the host Braves. Junior High Harriers Host Annual Southwood Classic

Eight Junior High Cross Country Teams competed in the Southwood Classic last evening, September 2, 2014.  The Southwood Boys Team finished 4th overall and the Girls Team finished 6th overall. Eighth Grade Gridders Scramble in Northfield Scrimmage

The Southwood Eighth Grade Football Team took the field Tuesday for a scrimmage against Northfield.  The Knights offense took off with a flurry of running plays covering the forty-yard scrimmage distance in three plays.  The line moved people out of the way and we took advantage of the spaces.  Gabe Lloyd scored on two runs

The Lady Knight Golf team traveled to the Muncie Elks CC to face Wes-Del and Southern Wells Tuesday evening. The Lady Knights prevailed 194 to 221 for both the Warriors and Raiders.
