Welcome to the 2018 Southwood Junior High School volleyball season. Girls in the Class of 2023 and 2024 are invited to begin practicing on FRIDAY, AUGUST 10 from 3:30 – 5:00 PM. Participants are asked to come to practice dressed appropriately with running shoes and to have your hair pulled back. You will need to have a completed physical on file before you will be allowed to participate. All necessary physical forms are available at the athletic department web site: www.southwoodknightsathletics.com.
There will be a parent meeting on Wednesday, August 15 at 5:30 in the cafeteria.
