Southwood Athletics Return to Action Information

Southwood High School athletics returns to activity on Monday, July 6, 2020.   With this return, it is IMPORTANT that we continue to practice social distancing; hand washing; and self and parental screening. Our return and continued health and well-being are dependent on following the guidelines of the CDC and the Wabash County Health Department.

2020-21 Sports Physical Information.

Reminder: If your child had a sports physical last year, they may not need a new physical for the 2020-21 sports season… HOWEVER- You must select YES to the waiver in FinalForms. If you choose to take your child to the doctor for a new sports physical, then select NO to the waiver in FinalForms.
